Who We Are
The Blue Ridge Apartment Council (BRAC), a non-profit organization, is the largest association of rental property owners in the Charlottesville, Virginia area. Members are committed to providing excellent housing opportunities for students and townspeople alike. The Blue Ridge Apartment Council, with it's members, do business under the guidelines of the Federal and State Fair Housing Laws. In advertising properties and considering applicants for rental housing, it is illegal to discriminate against any person because or race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin or elderliness.
Our 88 Property Managers represent over 10,600 apartments, houses, townhouses, and other properties in the Charlottesville area. We also have a network of 43 Associate Members who offer services ranging from renters insurance to website development.
