Burke Shire Commons Apartments have one, two and three-bedroom apartments for Independent Living. The total number of units is 360; there are a number of accessible or modified units. The building entrances are wheelchair accessible. The accessible apartments are located on the first floor. There are curb cuts and handicapped parking spaces. Apartments can be made accessible at the expense of the tenant.
Public transportation is 1/2 mile from the building.
Amenities include outdoor pool and sun deck, fitness center, paved jogging path throughout the community, vehicle vacuum station, BBQ area, and extra storage.
