Apartments for independent living. Total number of units is 128 townhouses and garden apartments located on a 10 acre lot.  Six of the 86 townhouses are wheelchair accessible. There are 24 two bedroom unites; 36 3-bedroom units and 20 are 4 bedroom units.  Section 8 housing.



The building entrance is wheelchair accessible; Handicapped parking spaces, Curb cuts, ramps with handrails, grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (wheelchair accessible).

The community features central air, private patios, laundry rooms, and wheelchair accessibility. Three- and four-bedroom units have hookups for washer and dryer. All residents have access to the Lincolnia Community Resource Center, which hosts education classes, after-school homework help for youth, summer camp, and more.
