Mallside Forest is an independent living facility offers reasonable rental rates for 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, all with private patios or balconies. 7 or l2 month lease available. Amenities include pool, fitness center, clubhouse, playground, 24-hour emergency maintenance, computer center with high speed internet, laundry facilities, picnic area and more.
Cats and dogs allowed; maximum of 2 pets with 55 lb maximum weight; breed restrictions apply. $200 pet deposit and $25 per month per pet fee also apply.
