Who We Are

Pathway Homes provide non time-limited housing and supportive services to adults with serious mental illness in Northern Virginia.  Supported Housing Options Program (SHOP) is a partnership with Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board, and employs consumer of mental health services as mental health counselors. The goal of this program is to assist individuals to obtain their own, independently leased permanent community housing and provide the flexible and personalized support needed to maintain it.



Provides individual and shared long-term residential housing, including group homes, to adults with a history of psychiatric illness. It offers a continuum of supportive services and supervision. Pathway Homes has a variety of programs that span the continuum of care, meeting individual support needs from highly supported to highly independent.



All of Pathways' programs are licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and comply with the American Disabilities Act.



Offers Supported Living program which serves adults in their own home in Arlington or Fairfax; offers SHOP/Shelter Plus Care. Call for details. Bus Line: Metro and Connector bus. Subway Stop: Dunn Loring. Office not accessible to persons with disabilities. Residences vary.
