Better Housing Coalition's mission is to build housing for low-income persons and assist residents to revitalize neighborhoods. The following are restricted to adults age 55 and older:

• Columns on Grove  (tax credit),
• Market Square (tax credit),
• Claiborne Square (tax credit).

The following are restricted to adults age 62 and older:

• Carter Woods  (tax credit),
• Rockwood Village (rent based on income),
• Monarch Woods (rent based on income),
• Randolph Place (rent based on income).
