Nursing Facility, Lexington

Heritage Hall - Lexington provides 24 hour skilled nursing coverage. Capacity is 60 certified beds.  Provides registered nursing care with full range of support services. Care provided includes recovery bridge care, intermediate care, skilled care and advanced medical care. The facility provides intermediate care in a traditional nursing home setting or respite care to take care of a loved one on a short-term basis.



Heritage Hall - Lexington caregivers include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and trained geriatric nursing assistants. Each resident's medical care is supervised by the attending physician who makes routine visits to the home. In the event of an emergency, a physician is on call. Heritage Hall has an emergency medical pharmacy and is serviced by a licensed pharmacist who is on call 24 hours a day to dispense any medication the attending physician may order.
