Snowden at Fredericksburg's Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers treatment exclusively to those struggling with chemical dependency. The evening sessions meet three times a week offering more support than typical outpatient counseling programs. Integral to the program is family education and support. Alcohol or drug-dependent patients are expected to attend Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous meetings throughout treatment to develop a positive support network.
