Who Are We?
Flagler Housing Resource Center offers help for individuals and families suffering a housing crisis. An assessment is provided to understand the family's or individual's barrier to housing (such as limited income or past rental debt).  Financial assistance may be available to those eligible and referrals made to other community agencies. Rapid Rehousing helps homeless families and individuals obtain permanent rental housing as quickly as possible.

Rapid Rehousing funds for Veterans and families are available. No prevention funds are currently available but staff will work with individuals to develop payment plans in hopes of preventing homelessness.

No walk in services are available.  Call first to be pre-screened for eligibility.  An appointment is then set up.
