Federal Health Care Reform - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Consumers/Employers/Seniors

The Bureau of Insurance State Corporation Commission, Commonwealth of Virginia created a booklet of frequently asked questions and a glossary of terms entitled:  "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Consumers/Employers/Seniors" to help educate consumers on the Affordable Care Act.

You will be able to learn about the immediate reforms for health benefit plans and policies issued or re-issued on or after September 23, 2010.
