Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) licensed program which provides individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to be sponsored by the individual or family providing services in their home. The 'Sponsor' is responsible for ensuring the customer’s health and safety, implementing the Individual Service Plan (ISP), delivering services, coordinating and tracking medical care.

Rent Payment Assistance
Programs that make rental payments for people who are at risk of eviction without assistance. Also included are rent supplement programs that provide assistance with ongoing monthly rental costs. Rent payment assistance programs may have age, income, disability, need or other eligibility requirements. Includes Virginia Homeless Solutions Program (VHSP) and other homelessness prevention programs for renters.
