Who We Are
Centra Health has developed a new program to support chronic COVID patients with lingering symptoms of COVID-19 after the acute phase is over—often referred to as "long haulers." The program provides a multidisciplinary approach representing ten medical specialties to help patients navigate the road to recovery. The goal is to provide patients with a coordinated, individualized care approach and help them access medical services across a wide range of specialists.
