Who We Are
Loudoun County Housing and Community Development offers three loan assistance programs. The financial assistance programs will help moderate-income, first-time homebuyers purchase a home in Loudoun County. The programs are (1) the Down Payment/Closing Cost Assistance (DPCC) program, (2) the Public Employee Homeownership Grant Program (PEG), and (3) the Sponsoring Partnerships and Revitalizing Communities (SPARC) program
