Who We Are

Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) offere the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) for people with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders. The PACT team meets individuals where they are and works with them around-the-clock. These intensive services help individuals connect to the resources they need to avoid homelessness, incarceration and hospitalization.



The team includes behavioral health specialists, a psychiatrist, nurses, clinicians, substance and vocational specialists and a peer specialist. This team provides care coordination and behavioral healthcare and more. Some services include managing medications, keeping appointments, finding a job, finding affordable housing and learning daily living skills.
