Who We Are

The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB)  offers residential treatment includes comprehensive services for adults including:

  •     Individual, group and family therapy;
  •     Psychiatric services;
  •     Medication management;
  •     Case management;
  •     Continuing care services to assist with the transition back to the community.

Services are provided in residential treatment settings that are matched to the level and duration of care each individual needs, and include intermediate and long-term treatment with 24-hour staffing, and supervised treatment services with staffing twelve to eighteen hours per day.



Specialized treatment services are provided for:

  •     People with co-occurring disorders (substance use and mental illness);
  •     Pregnant and post-partum women;
  •     People whose primary language is Spanish.

Emergency Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

Intake Process
Call or walk in. Adults ages 18 to 65 may walk in for a same day eligibility screening. Adults over age 65, children and youth, and people with development disability are served by calling Entry and Referral.
