Case Management Services, Children and Adolescents

Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services' Case Management Services assist children, adolescents and their families or caregivers to access needed medical, psychiatric, social, educational, vocational and other supports essential to meeting basic needs. Services provided include assessment and planning services, linking to services and supports, assisting in locating, developing and obtaining services and resources and coordinating services and service planning with other agencies and providers. These services are available to children who have been determined to be Seriously Emotionally Disturbed or at risk for Serious Emotional Disturbance.
