Who We Are
Sentara Nursing Center offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. The nursing center also serves patients needing rehabilitative transitional care after hospitalization or respite care. A mobility skills area provides a variety of terrains for practicing mobility.
Facility features include:
- Board-certified physicians and physiatrist;
- 60 long term care beds, with 26 skilled rehab beds and 28 private long term care rooms;
- Specialty trained therapists provide physical, occupational, and speech/swallowing therapy and restorative rehabilitation on a continual basis;
- On-site dining, meal preparation and dietitian to plan special meals.
