Senior Independent Living at Paul Spring

The Paul Spring is a retirement community providing senior independent living residences. This program is designed for residents who require no nursing services. One, two, and three month short-term lease options are available. 



Independent Residential Living includes:

•     All utilities (with the exception of cable television and phone services);
•     Social, recreation and wellness activities including our exercise program;
•     Professional management and maintenance services;
•     Emergency call system in each apartment;
•     Housekeeping and linen services are offered;
•     Van transportation services are available.

Residential Living includes:

• All utilities (including basic cable television and phone services
• Social, recreation and wellness activities including our exercise program
• Professional management and maintenance services
• Emergency call system in each apartment
• Van services available
• 3 meals per day
• Weekly housekeeping

This program is designed for people who would like the convenience of additional services and includes all of the above plus three meals per day and weekly housekeeping.
