Who We Are

The Legacy at North Augusta offers Memory Care in a residential and assisted living care facility dedicated to individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.  The facility offers on-site private care management with access to therapy, including medication management and light levels of care. Non-ambulatory residents are welcome.



The private memory care suites are connected to shared living spaces.  This gives an individual a place to make new friends through conversation. Activities are planned. The Music & Memory® program is a favorite activity. A tranquil outdoor space is available for peaceful enjoyment
