Care-A-Van

Bon Secours Care-A-Van is a free medical service that provides general medical care to uninsured adults and children in Hampton Roads communities on the southside and the peninsula.  The Care-A-Van offers evaluation and treatment of common acute illnesses such as respiratory infections, minor skin rashes, heart burn, urinary tract and bladder infections, headaches, ear aches, pink eye, and chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.



The Care-A-Van is bilingual and composed of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physicians, patient technicians and outreach workers.  Services are free to all patients, thanks to numerous grants and contributions.
