Who We Are

Virginia Support Services offers supportive services that provide behavioral and mental health training. Clinicians assist with training the individual to understand and cope with the challenges of one diagnosed with a mental, behavioral, or emotional disability. A wide range of services is provided. These include helping individuals perform various daily living activities such as maintaining proper hygiene, keeping a clean living environment, addressing interpersonal skills, managing money, developing self-help skills and increasing appropriate social skills. The program provides a nurturing environment that enhances the individual and family. Services are built around the individual and family preferences, choices, values, strengths and the natural support system of the family and community.
