Parkway Village Apartments is located in Waynesboro in the Shenandoah Valley. Garden apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms are available, as well as 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town homes. The apartments are conveniently located across the street from a grocery store, and the local elementary school. Floor plans range from 600 square feet to 1600 square feet.
Parkway Village Apartments is a Section 8 housing facility where each individual's rent is based off of 30% of the total household income. There is no minimum income to live there. However, there is a maximum income that the household must fall below in order to qualify.
