Who We Are

The Eastern Shore Community Services Board (ESCSB) offers a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Program through the Achiever's Clubhouse. The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Day Program  is based on the belief that recovery is possible for individuals who are suffering from behavioral health disorders. The program creates an environment where an individual's strengths are recognized and shared with others in a supportive environment. 



The program reflects reality through daily structure, interactions with peers, staff, and the larger community. When individuals are lacking in the skills needed to cope, the program teaches and reinforces those skills through the individualized service plan (ISP) that each member completes with a psychosocial staff member.

Emergency services clinicians are on-call 24 hours per day, every day. During business hours, call or come to the emergency services building located at 10106 Pine Avenue, Nassawadox, Virginia, 23413. After business hours, call and ask to speak to the emergency services clinician on call. The clinician will return your call.
