Who We Are
The Skilled Nursing Facility is a 12 bed post-acute extended care unit and licensed as long term care facility. The unit includes private and semi-private rooms, a large activity room used for group and individual activities and supervised access to the outdoors with garden, gazebo, mountain views and some wildlife.
Provides comprehensive skilled nursing services and functional rehabilitative services through physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, as well as comprehensive recreational/activity therapy.
