Who We Are
The Sycamores have 185 units of one,two and three bedroom apartments for independent living. There are a number of accessible or modified units and you can request modifications to a unit (grab bars, etc). The accessible apartments are located on the first floor. The building entrances are wheelchair accessible. There are curb cuts and handicapped parking spaces. Public transportation is located in front of the building.
Amenities include clubhouse, fitness center, playground, picnic area, on-site parking, recycling program, cats and dogs welcome (no weight limits). Apartments feature washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony/patio, A/C, large storage space and separate dining room.
