Who We Are
Carrington Place at Wytheville, Birdmont Center is a licensed nursing facility providing long term nursing care. Capacity is 137 beds. The facility also includes a rehabilitation facility providing short term skilled rehab and nursing care under Medicare. Physical therapist, occupational therapists, speech therapists on site to provide care as ordered by attending physicians. RNs and LPNs provide 24 hour nursing care to meet the needs of persons unable to manage their needs in other settings. Services include respite care, hospice care, Alzheimer's care. Daily planned activities.
