Tall Oaks Assisted Living (Tall Oaks) s licensed as a non-medical residential setting that provides or coordinates personal and health care services, 24-hour supervision, and assistance for the care of adults who are aged, infirm, or disabled and who require assistance with at least two activities of daily living.
Tall Oaks is a family-owned facility and offers safety and security in a homelike setting.  Residents can be as independent as they like while having on-site trained medical assistance, nourishing meals, and activities just steps away from the apartments.  When needed, Alzheimer's and Dementia care is available on-site in a safe and secure neighborhood.

Amenities at Tall Oaks include:

    -A personalized Care Plan for medication management and  administration

     -Assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including but not limited to, bathing and personal care as needed

     -Three well-balanced meals daily (accommodating most special diet requirements), plus snacks, and hydration stations available at any time.

    -Newly remodeled Wellness & Rehabilitation Center offering on-site services, including p, occupational and speech therapy
