Waverly Health and Rehabilitation Center provides provides skilled nursing care in semi-private, long term private and semi-private rooms. Capacity is 120 beds.



Available for care are RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Physical Therapist, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory therapists, dietitian and attending physicians. Skilled semi-private; long term private rooms; and semi-private rooms are offered. Transportation provided to medical appointments. Meals, banking and hairstylist on site. Support groups and case management services available. Transfer agreements with John Randolph, Southside Regional and OBICI hospitals.
