Who We Are

Richmond Behavioral Health Authority Case Management provides assistance to adults with behavioral health issues and their families and access to services and supports that are essential to meeting their basic needs identified in the individualized service plan (ISP). The ISP will include not only accessing needed behavioral, but also any medical, nutritional, social, educational, vocational and employment, housing, economic assistance, transportation, leisure and recreational, legal and advocacy services and supports that the individual needs to function in a community setting. Assessment and referral, case management services and 24-hour emergency services are also available.
