Who We Are

The Crossroads Medical Mission (CMM) is a Mobile clinic providing primary medical services for people in Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. The clinic is for people who have difficulty accessing medical care, whether because of geographical or socio-economic barriers. CMM services include the diagnosis and management of common health problems, screenings, education, counseling, minor surgeries, limited medications, limited labs, and splints.

"Big Cat", as the 43' diesel-powered mobile clinic is called, offers medical care at several locations in Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. The schedule can be found at Mobile Clinic Schedule.



Also serves Bristol TN, Kingsport TN, Mountain City TN, and Blountville TN.

They reserve the right to not see patients who show abuse toward staff, volunteers, or referring providers, whether abuse is in person, by phone, or by any other means.

Registration begins at 9 am and needs to be registered by 11:30 am. Clinic Hours are 9 am - 2:30 pm.

Intake Process
Call or visit the website for information. Walk-in patients are accepted at every stop or location. They reserve the right to turn walk-in patients away if the capacity or resources are exceeded. In such cases, they will try to accommodate those patients at other sites.
