Grace Place is a subsidized, independent living community of studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments for older adults age 62 and older and people who are mobility impaired. Units include carpeting and window treatments, safety rails in tub/shower, full kitchen, fires and smoke detectors, and heating and air conditioning.  

There are 40 residential apartments. A Social Service Coordinator is available for resident's personal needs. On-site laundry room, individual indoor mail boxes, controlled entry system, elevator, two community rooms, and outdoor picnic area.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
