Farington Apartments of Roanoke has subsidized housing for people at least age 62 or disabled. One-bedroom apartments.  This community offers one bedroom apartments and is conveniently located near shopping and dining off of Grandin Road near 419. Fairington Apartments provides a picnic area, a community clubhouse, a relaxing gazebo and a pond, and a service coordinator available to assist with resident needs. Our apartment homes feature abundant storage, emergency pull cords and utilities are included. This community is managed by the Gene B. Glick Company. There are a limited number of specially designed Wheelchair and Mobility Impaired units. Property maintenance is provided, no other services are provided. There is a Waiting List for all unit types.
