Who We Are
Pediatric screenings and adult nursing home screenings are provided by the Health Department and the Department of Social Services to assess the level of care needed and are a requirement for nursing home placement. Pediatric screening requests should be made to the health department, while adult screening requests should be made to your local department of social services.
