Who We Are

RiteCare Concept is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) to provide group homes for developmentally disabled adults.

They provide services through passion and respect and have a holistic and proactive approach to managing the care needs of their individuals. Their 24/7 highly skilled professional staff lend support and assistance with everyday activities like:

  • meal preparation
  • housekeeping
  • personal needs
  • social interaction
  • recreational activities

Alongside the direct support staff, their qualified developmental disabilities professionals provide assistance with behavioral plans and goal tracking. Their team is equipped with registered nurses and nurse practitioners capable of caring for their residents who have higher medical needs including but not limited to J tube and G tube feeding.
