Madison Emergency Services Association (MESA) offers emergency financial assistance to qualified families in need. In Madison County, families who need help with transportation, such as gas, car repairs, or car insurance, because of inability to pay bills can turn to MESA for help. MESA supports individuals on a case-by-case basis.
MESA can also help with financial assistance for rent, utilities, school supplies, diapers and more.

Intake Process
Call for information. A Client Intake Manager is on site Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-3pm to meet with patrons to understand their need for support and or for temporary emergency relief.
