Who We Are
RAFFT- Rappahannock Area Foster Families Team, is a program with the Spotsylvania Department of Social Services with a mission to recruit, train, approve, and support foster/adoptive/resource parents who can provide loving homes to our area foster children.
RAFFT is designed for foster children who are currently in the custody of one of our 3 localities: Caroline County, King George County or Spotsylvania County Department of Social Services. Each Child is allotted 30 days of respite services per fiscal year. Providers must currently be approved foster parents through DSS.
