The Village at Potomac Falls has 246 units of one, two and three bedroom apartment for independent living.   There are several accessible or modified units and you can request modifications to a unit.   The accessible apartments are located on the first floor.  The building entrances are wheelchair accessible.  There are curb cuts and handicapped parking spaces.  There is no public transportation Public transportation is far from the apartment complex.



Amenities include swimming pool and sundeck, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, on-site parking, cats and dogs welcome, recycling program, alarm system and controlled building access.  Apartments feature fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, storage space, separate dining room and high ceilings.
