Avalon Reston Landing is an independent living community offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. There are a number of accessible or modified units and you can request modifications to a unit. They are located on the 1st floor. This is not Section 8 housing. There may be income requirements.
The building entrance is wheelchair accessible; Handicapped parking spaces available as well as Curb cuts, grab bars (shower/tub).
