Regent's Park has 552 apartment units consisting of one, two and three bedrooms. Some apartments are available under the Affordable Dwelling Unit program. There are a number of accessible or modified units and you can request modifications to a unit. The building entrance is wheelchair accessible. There are handicapped parking spaces and curb cuts as well as elevators. Public transportation is one block from the building.
