Who We Are

Lake Anne Fellowship House One is a 140 unit government assisted apartment complex; Lake Anne II has 100 government assisted apartments designed for individuals of limited income who are over 62 or have a physical disability. Efficiency, studio and one bedroom units are offered. All utilities except telephone and optional cable TV are included in rent. Some units are wheelchair accessible.



A common dining facility as well as a social hall, craft and exercise room are available for use by the residents. Other services offered include: transportation to social and recreational appointments; a hairstylist/barber on site; support groups, and a residents council. Guest meals are available in the dining room. They are affiliated with the Lutheran Church.



Regularly scheduled public bus transportation, as well as a 17 passenger bus (shared with Hunters Woods Fellowship House) provides access to local shopping facilities.



Public Transportation: Fairfax Connector, Metrobus, Reston Internal Bus System (RIBS).

NOTE: Lake Anne has a waiting list that is now closed and has suspended the acceptance of applications for the Section 8 Housing Program. A Public Notice will be posted when the waiting lists are reopened in compliance with federal guidelines. We do not anticipate that this will occur within the next 18 months. Please inquire in 2022
