Who We Are
Augusta Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive skilled nursing care coupled with comprehensive rehabilitation for those who need extended or short term care. Families can enjoy meals with their loved ones. Facility works closely with Augusta Health. Capacity is 112 beds.
